We have expanded our acclaimed shadowing programme to include other key members of our team, giving participants a well-rounded, in-depth experience of what it takes to run a thriving salon.

This programme goes far beyond the surface, providing hands-on learning in client journey experiences, marketing, finances, and staff management. But that’s not all—we’re also pulling back the curtain on the back-end processes that keep a salon running efficiently. From booking systems and stock management to workflow automation and seamless client communication, you’ll learn how to optimise operations, reduce time-consuming tasks, and implement smart systems that allow your business to scale with ease.
