Before you book your appointment or purchase from our online store, kindly review our full list of policies and comprehensive terms and conditions below to ensure a seamless and enjoyable salon experience.

By booking an appointment at Circles of Hair you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, Terms of Sale and Cancellation Policy, as well as consenting to any cancellation charges. It is the clients responsibility to view these terms prior to their booking to ensure a seamless experience.

Our Salons T’s & C’s:

• We use a tiered pricing system that correlates with the level of experience of our stylists. Prices on our website are an estimate only.
• Please be aware prices may also vary depending on hair colour, thickness, and length. Quotes cannot be provided over the phone, via email, or socials. You will be quoted prior to the commencement of your service or during a consultation appointment, which can be booked through our Online Booking System.
• Deposits are required for bookings made over the phone. The amount will be confirmed with you depending on the service booked.
• Please note that the service times stated on our website include the service only, not processing time. Timing on the website is by estimate only and will vary for each client. We recommend that you call the salon in advance if you would like to know the approximate timing of your appointment.
• We are proud to be a Sustainable salon. A Green fee of $3 will be added on every visit. Let’s make salon waste history!
• We send a confirmation text/email 2 days prior to your appointment as a friendly reminder. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call the salon a minimum of 24 hours before your booking.
• No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of the appointment. Cancellations and changes within 24 hours or missing your appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the value per booked service or deposit amount.
• Clients are unable to bring someone along to their appointment who is not getting their hair done. This policy has been put in place to ensure that we can provide the best possible service to our customers and maintain a comfortable and professional atmosphere in our salons. *Babies up too and under 6 months exempt*

Cancellation Policy:

• To cancel or reschedule your appointment, call the salon a minimum of 24 hours before your booking.
• No cancellations or changes are permitted within 24 hours of the appointment. Cancellations and changes within 24 hours or missing your appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the value per booked service or deposit amount.
• Cancellation fee must be paid before booking in another service at either salons.
• Consultation fee is non-refundable but is redeemable at the time of your appointment.

Test Strands:

• If you haven’t had your hair coloured with us previously, we require you to come in for a complimentary test strand. This test is designed to assess the integrity of your hair to ensure the best possible outcome. We kindly ask you to prioritise this step to avoid any potential adverse reactions or the possibility of being refused colour services. If, on the day of your appointment you chose not to come in for a test strand and experience a hair reaction, we will not be able to proceed with the scheduled colouring services.
• To book your test strand please call the salon you are booked in with and one of our friendly Front of House staff will assist.

Consultations:

• Consultations require a $50 non-refundable deposit that is redeemable at the time of your appointment service & can also be redeemed on products.
• Consultations with our expert artists are by appointment only: no walk-ins. Please be mindful when walking into the salon without an appointment that we may not be able to accommodate your consultation request at that time. Our staff will endeavour to book you in at the soonest availability.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

Please carefully read the terms and conditions that are detailed below as they form the basis of the sale agreement between you and Circles of Hair when you purchase goods from our website. If you proceed with your purchase you are acknowledging that you have read these terms and conditions of sale and that your purchase from us is subject to these terms and conditions. Circles of Hair reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of sale at any time so we suggest that you review these terms and conditions prior to the completion of the purchase of any goods from our online store.

Ordering

Payment is taken at the point of order and receipt of your order will be confirmed to you at the email address you provide. We reserve the right not to accept an order if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the order has not been placed in good faith, in which case we will advise you of that decision by email and refund any moneys received as soon as possible.

Prices

Prices online may vary to store prices.

We will use our best endeavours to ensure that prices on our website are accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time without notice but in the rare event that a price is changed after you authorise payment, you will be given the opportunity to cancel the order or authorise an additional payment. Our prices are denominated in Australian dollars. The name “Circles of Hair” will appear on your credit card statement. Our prices include Australian Goods and Services Tax which is currently 10%. Our product prices do not include postage and handling. Our final charge includes an amount for the products you purchase and an amount for postage and handling (unless your order has qualified for free shipping).

Availability of Products

All sales made on our website are subject to availability. While we will use our best endeavours to ensure that products shown as in stock on our website are available, we may run out of stock from time to time. Should this be the case with your order we will contact you at the email address you have supplied and issue a full refund for the products not available. Items which are shown as out of stock will be obtained as quickly as possible. Prices online may be different to in store prices.

Use of Goods

It is essential that all products purchased from Circles of Hair are used in the manner that they are intended to be used as described on our web site. Circles of Hair accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss or injury caused by use of our products in any manner contrary to the intended use.

It is very important to seek professional advice when mixing permanent hair colour creme with peroxide to formulate the right mix and combination of ingredients. Permanent hair colours contain ingredients that may cause irritation to some people, and therefore we strongly recommend that they be used in a professional environment. In purchasing these products you agree that you understand that proper usage and care must be taken when using these products and you will follow the manufacturer’s instructions of use at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the liability of Circles of Hair for breach of any warranty or condition which cannot be excluded is limited at the option of Circles of Hair to the replacement of goods or the supply of equivalent goods or the payment of the cost of replacing the goods.
