Her infectious personality and ability to drive her staff to reach their own potential goals is incredible. With a staff of over 50 stylists, her dedication to the business is an inspiration. Sharlene was named 2023 AHFA Director of the Year. with the Circles of Hair winning Best Salon in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.

Sharlene has a zest for style and understated savviness for leading salon industry business trends. Sharlene has successfully expanded her Circles for Hair brand into two of Perth’s top salons, alongside her newest business partner Jessica Del Borrello. Her culture of creativity and insatiable drive for ongoing growth is rivalled only by her infectious personality and her dedication to the business, her passion for Crossfit keeps her energised every day.

Jessica Del Borrello

With an appetite for creativity and style, Jess demonstrated her passion for hair design from the tender age of 13 by working weekends at a small boutique salon prior to her apprenticeship. In 2012 Jess joined one of Perth’s most renowned and exclusive hair salons Circles of Subiaco where she was selected to join the L’Oreal i-D Artist Team of 2014/15. Throughout Jess’s journey as Creative Director for Circles of Subiaco and together with salon owner Sharlene Lee, in early 2016 Jess was invited to become a business partner & Director of Perth’s newest artistic salon Circles on Fitzgerald. Jess is passionate, energetic and ever evolving with her career and the Circles of Hair brand. Her bright energy and continual achievements fuel her ambition to remain at the forefront of the industry.
