Sharlene has a zest for style and understated savviness for leading salon industry business trends. Sharlene has successfully expanded her Circles for Hair brand into two of Perth’s top salons, alongside her newest business partner Jessica Del Borrello. Named Hair Expo Winner- Salon Business of the Year, 2019 / 2018 and Finalist 2018 and 2019 Australian Hair Fashion Awards. Her culture of creativity and insatiable drive for ongoing growth is rivalled only by her infectious personality and her dedication to the business, her passion for Crossfit keeps her energised every day.

Jessica Del Borrello

With an appetite for creativity and style, Jess demonstrated her passion for hair design from the tender age of 13 by working weekends at a small boutique salon prior to her apprenticeship. In 2012 Jess joined one of Perth’s most renowned and exclusive hair salons Circles of Subiaco where she was selected to join the L’Oreal i-D Artist Team of 2014/15. Throughout Jess’s journey as Creative Director for Circles of Subiaco and together with salon owner Sharlene Lee, in early 2016 Jess was invited to become a business partner & Director of Perth’s newest artistic salon Circles on Fitzgerald. Jess is passionate, energetic and ever evolving with her career and the Circles of Hair brand. Her bright energy and continual achievements fuel her ambition to remain at the forefront of the industry.
