This is GLOWWA’s Hair Food Original supplied as a three-month course: three individual one-month packs, each holding 60 capsules. At the recommended two capsules a day, that covers a full 12-week run.
The formula pairs MSM, biotin, zinc, L-lysine and rice protein with vitamins B5, B6, B12, C, niacin and folate. Biotin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal hair.

How to use
